Protective wedges

Protection of the adjacent tooth during preparation, with an anatomical function.

The Protective Wedges are indicated to protect the neighboring tooth during restorations, especially in Class II cavities, reducing the risk of accidental contact with the drill or diamond tip, while also performing the mechanical function of an anatomical wedge.

ANVISA Registration: 80676920072

  • Acute form

Shape designed to facilitate insertion into the interproximal space.

  • Interproximal protection

Embedded sectional matrix, which runs through the body of the wedge and protects the adjacent tooth during preparation.

  • Resistant material

Withstands pressure without deforming, preserving its shape during insertion and preparation.

Plastic Anatomical Wedges

Adaptation to the papilla and reduced risk of gingival trauma.

Plastic Anatomical Wedges help with Class II restorations, adapting the matrix and/or moving adjacent teeth apart. Their distinguishing feature is the anatomy directed towards the papilla, minimizing the chance of tissue damage.

ANVISA Registration: 80676920070

  • Acute form

Shape designed to facilitate insertion into the interproximal space.

  • Anatomical design

Anatomical face towards the gum, allowing accommodation on the papilla.

  • Resistant material

Withstands pressure without deforming, preserving its shape during insertion and preparation.

Wooden wedges

Firm fixation of the matrix and help with interproximal separation.

Wooden Wedges are indicated for restorative procedures with the mechanical function of adapting the matrix and/or moving adjacent teeth apart. Their sharp shape facilitates insertion and helps to avoid excess restorative material.

ANVISA Registration: 80676920055

  • Acute form

Shape designed to facilitate insertion into the interproximal space.

  • Traditional geometry

It provides stable and simple positioning, ideal for classic protocols.

  • Mechanical Performance

They help control excess restorative material that has no anatomical function on the papilla.
