Conference Participation

MICRODONT’s participation in conferences and institutional events primarily involves providing giveaways for raffles. In some cases, promotional materials may also be provided to participants along with the giveaways.

Before filling out the form, please read the instructions below carefully:

  • Application Review: All proposals will be evaluated by MICRODONT. Duplicate applications may be canceled.
  • Deadline: The request must be submitted at least 30 days before the event date.
  • Filling out the form: Please enter all requested information correctly. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in the cancellation of your request.
  • Shipping of materials: Incorrect shipping information may result in the return of the package and the cancellation of the shipment.

Filling out the form does not guarantee that the request will be approved. Approval is subject to review and the availability of materials.
